New Men in ProgramOur outreach teams continue to travel every week to Tel Aviv. We usually go to the area surrounding the old central bus station. This area is home to alcoholics, homeless people, bunt out prostitutes, drug addicts, and drug dealers. It is a place of great darkness. It is hard to believe that here in the “Promised Land” there can be conditions such as these, but Israelis are like any other people, susceptible to darkness, despair and death.
Engagement for MarriageWe are rejoicing that another of our men who finished the program is engaged to be married. This one is Hatem, our first Arab in the program, He was one of our hardest cases: 25 year drug addict, 15 years in prison, Muslim. But Hatem found freedom in the Messiah and seeks to serve him. I believe that he will be used by the Lord to reach his people for Yeshua. Now he will be married in May, God willing to a very nice girl in our congregation. Praise the Lord. |
